These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by CustomChorus through our website customchorus.com and related platforms.

By placing an order for a custom song, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Service Description

We provide custom-made songs created based on user-provided information. Songs may be delivered in MP3, WAV, or other formats and may include cover art, lyrics, and optional distribution to streaming services.

Each song is unique, created specifically for the client and is not reused or resold.

Ordering Process

Customers submit personal details, preferences, and key story elements.

We may contact you to clarify details.

Production begins only after payment is received.

Estimated delivery time: typically 3-5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions policy

Each custom song purchase includes one round of minor revisions in the price. This is to ensure your song feels just right while also respecting the creative process and time involved in creating your song.

Minor revisions are small tweaks that don’t fundamentally change the structure or direction of the song. Examples include:

Small lyric changes (e.g., swapping out a name, tweaking a line or two)
Adjustments to vocal delivery or emphasis
Minor volume/mix tweaks (e.g., “can you bring the vocals slightly forward?”)
Small timing adjustments

Major revisions go beyond small touch-ups and may require a significant amount of time or a reworking of the song. These are not included in the revisions permitted. Examples include:

Rewriting large portions of lyrics
Changing the genre, mood, style, or instrumental direction
Reworking entire vocals or instruments due to subjective taste
Adding entirely new verses, choruses, or sections
Requesting multiple alternative versions

We’re always happy to work with you on additional edits, we just ask that major changes be treated as new work with a new order.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you include as much detail as possible when placing your order so that we can create the perfect song for you!

Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and creative nature of our product, all sales are final. Refunds are only offered if we are unable to fulfill the order within the agreed timeframe.

However, if you are unhappy with your song, please reach out - we will aim to make it right.

Usage & Ownership

You receive a non-exclusive personal license to use and share your song.

Commercial use (e.g. using in ads or selling the song) requires prior written permission.

We retain the right to showcase songs (or portions thereof) in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure any information you provide is truthful and does not infringe on the rights of others.

You agree not to submit content that is abusive, illegal, or harmful.

Streaming Services

If you request distribution to platforms (e.g. Spotify), you authorize us to upload on your behalf. We cannot guarantee approval or placement by third-party services.

Liability Limitations

We are not liable for damages resulting from delays, digital errors, or streaming platform decisions. Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.
